NG WEN YEH - Director

Ir Ng Wen Yeh was graduated from University of Malaya in 1999 with a Degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He was elected as corporate member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM) and registered as Professional Engineer to Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (Board of Engineer Malaysia, BEM) in 2007. He has more than 13 years of experience in the civil and structural engineering consultancy and project construction management environment, majoring in residential housing project, commercial, industrial buildings, retaining wall work and various civil works such as earthwork, road & drainage, sewerage reticulation & sewerage treatment work and water supply system. He has the experience of optimizing a project proposal based on the various structural system.

After graduated in 1999, he was employed as a Graduate Design Engineer for Jurutera Perunding Tegap Sdn. Bhd.(JPT) where he was mainly involved in project such as Trauma Centre at University Hospital at Jalan Universiti and 2 Blocks of Luxury Condominium in Damansara Heights. After JPT, he joined Perunding Shaharin & Associates in 2001 as a C&S Engineer and handled project for Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia involving the construction of Secondary School in Pandan Mewah, Selangor. In 2002, he was involved in development of 4 Storey TNB Sub Station 132/33/11kV GIS in Seberang Perai, Butterworth and TNB Stor Complex in Bukit Sentosa 1, Selangor under TNB properties Sdn. Bhd.

After 4 years with the consultant, Ir Ng Wen Yeh joined a Design and Build based company named Modular Construction Technology Sdn. Bhd. where he expanded his responsibility in planning, design, project management and site construction work. The projects that he involved are construction of New Complex at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) under phase 3 in Sepang, Selangor, 1 Block of TNB Main Office in Seberang Perai, Butterworth, 2 Block of 19 Storey 448 Unit Condominium in USJ 1 and etc.

Before forming YNY Consulting Engineer, he also been involved in project management of residential and infrastructural development s specialize in contract and construction management to ensure the projects were completed within budget, time and quality at Pembinaan KA Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. as a Contract and Project Manager. Projects he involved were Construction of 6 Unit 3 Storey Shop/Office in Kuala Lumpur, Sewerage Reticulation Work in Canal City, Selangor, River Improvement and Protection in Sg. Kelang, Sg. Damansara, Sg. Kayu Ara, Sg. Pencala, Sg. Bahol, Selangor under JPS and etc.

His ambitious drove him to join B&G Concept Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in 2008 as a associate partner. In the same year, Ir Ng Wen Yeh’s passion for engineering and business direct him to start YNY Consulting engineer in partnership with Ir Leong Mun Yew. The company grew and managed to complete several projects in Klang Valley area. The projects he involved were
