The Structural Engineering team combines their experience in design of building structures for various construction methodologies. We have experience in design of high rise buildings, governmental buildings, industrial buildings, factory buildings, hospital, hypermarkets and shop houses. The construction methodologies from these projects have meant that different construction types are required in design. The projects that have used concrete construction have utilized, conventional beam and column, shear wall, prestressed slab, composite slab, methodologies. For large span buildings, the team are experienced in design of long span steel trusses and steel 3D frame structure. YNY CONSULTING ENGINEER also capable in providing the Industrial Building System such as load bearing wall system, precast structure, steel works and truss system, LGS, Light weight foam concrete, and etc, for the construction works, in line with the Government effort, to minimize the dependent of intensive labour force requirement, for the construction works.

 

We have expertise in the powerful 3D modeling, analysis and design software such as STAADS.Pro, ETABS, ORION, ESTEEM, REVIT, ROBOT, TEKLA, MULTIFRAME, SCOTTSDALE, RLSD and  INFRAVERA. This enables us to design for odd shaped building, high rise buildings and complicated building. By utilizing this, we are able to design a cost effective and structurally sound building by value engineering concept.
